I am a professional pianist, accompanist, music director, coach, and visual artist. I am happiest creating with and supporting other creators. Whether playing in a band, accompanying vocalists and auditions, teaching and directing music for live shows, or coaching dedicated and determined musicians, I strive for collaborative exploration where we all learn and grow together.

I have taught piano, vocal music, and group classes in the arts for over thirty years, working with students of all ages and experience levels, including those with neurodiversity, focusing on communication and connection. In addition to teaching, I have worked as an arranger, performer, and music director, with experience including composition, scoring original works, musical theater, and digital music production. My creative background and specialized educational training bring flexibility and intuition to my teaching, whether students are learning classical repertoire or exploring their own creative voice.

When coaching individuals, I strive to clarify the language of music, making concepts more accessible. In our coaching sessions, we consider your musical interests, your prior experience, and how you’d like to grow. We work together to identify strengths and needs, and set a course for filling in gaps that may be holding you back. With my support and your independent practice, you will build the skills needed to be creating music with new confidence and joy.
